This cake was a lemon sponge with lemon buttercream in it. I did not flavour the icing lemon as I felt it would have been too much. Covered in ready to roll icing and simply made a selection of Gerber/Daisy cut outs, indenting the stalks on to the cake top which I felt was very effective.
